Ok so my goal is to lose 6.5 lbs by March 12. I started my fitness journey two weeks ago, so i'm beginning week 3 tomorrow (i started on a tuesday).

My current fitness plan is:

Workout with trainer 2 x per week
One 1.25 hr bootcamp class per week
Email my trainer daily food diary in an effort to cut out sugary & fatty foods from my diet

I think that in January I would like to step up my fitness plan in terms of working out, and maybe cut out some carbs. That's the plan anyways, if I get pregnant then I would just be eating healthy but will still keep up working out.

worked out with trainer today.

food so far:

coffee with half a sugar & 1% milk
fibre one bar & banana

chicken sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce & tomato
chamomille tea with a bit of agave

apple & 1/4 cup cottage cheese (my FIRST time eating cottage cheese - um yes it will take some getting used to)

a piece of healthy lasagna (ok that's relative - but its made with whole wheat noodles, 1% cottage cheese, low fat parmesan, and i drained off majority of the meat fat...)
a couple pieces dark chocolate candy cane bark (i was craving bad stuff)

so all this talk of the 30 day shred got me wondering where my biggest loser workout dvd's got to, so i dug them up and i think i might try to do a short workout on the days i'm off from training/bootcamp. nothing too crazy, but a bit of something would be good i'm sure.....

oh i forgot i thought i would add my short term goal of toning my arms and back to wear this lovely coctail dress that i ordered! Elizabeth Ruffle Cocktail Dress - Milly
