I'm Krystal, 25, DF to Chris. I'm getting married in May 2010 and my dress fitting day is Feb. 7, So I'm trying to lose at least 10-15lbs by then. I need to cut out sugar, which i started last week and exercise more. I currently walk 30 mins a day in my neighborhood and do aerobics/taebo twice a week...but I need to work out more. I'm currently 153lbs, and hoping to be 125-130lbs by the time we start trying

So my plan is:
-drink more water
-jog/walk twice a day
-aerobics, or any good cardio workout 4-5 days a week
-eat healthier/ no late night snacking (that's what kicks my butt!)
I think this board will truly help me stay motivated and on top of my goal!! Good luck to all the ladies!
