I'm Krystal, 25, DF to Chris. I'm getting married in May 2010 and my dress fitting day is Feb. 7, So I'm trying to lose at least 10-15lbs by then. I need to cut out sugar, which i started last week and exercise more. I currently walk 30 mins a day in my neighborhood and do aerobics/taebo twice a week...but I need to work out more. I'm currently 153lbs, and hoping to be 125-130lbs by the time we start tryingSo my plan is:

-drink more water
-jog/walk twice a day
-aerobics, or any good cardio workout 4-5 days a week
-eat healthier/ no late night snacking (that's what kicks my butt!)

I think this board will truly help me stay motivated and on top of my goal!! Good luck to all the ladies!

great goals hun! it is great that we have a bunch of people on this board to be accountable to! maybe you can substitute some pretzels or those dry soy nut things for an evening snack? measure out like 1/2 a cup so you dont eat too many.......my trainer tries to get me to do this! the few times i did it worked, it hit the spot and i didnt need any more

Michelle- I don't have any pics of the dress here, DF is so nosy and I didn't want him "accidently" coming across them...however my mother does b/c she's holding the dress at her house. I will take some next time I go over to put up


-Today I worked out, jogged this morning and this evening around my neighborhood(which is 30 minutes) I weighed myself this morning and I was 146lbs!! Which is crazy b/c 13 days ago I was 154lbs. I lost weight and wasn't really trying That totally gave me motivation to keep going!!

I didn't get a chance to workout the last two days...but that's ok! I will just have to workout everyday this week...the pressure will be on this weekend b/c we are going to visit my best friend in MS. I have to make sure I run and do some type of exercising even while I'm out of town If I dedicate myself to doing it...I will!!
Plus I have to make sure I don't over-eat...her family cooks gr8 food!
