It really helped to be doing it with my hubby. He's with me all the time so he's always there to keep in line.
It also helps greatly to not have ANYTHING bad in your house to snack/eat. We haven't had bread, pasta, rice, etc etc in our house since May. (Although lately we've slid WAY off and now we are eating so un healthily again!)

I keep my TTC date posted on my calendar and keep my water sitting out... it makes me want to get and stay healthy for the baby I'll be carrying

If you are a gym goer my best advice to get started is to just go. Even if you don't feel good, are tired, or whatever, go anyways every time you are "Scheduled" to go that first month. Even if you do hardly anything but complain to yourself and mope at the gym for a half an hour, just getting in the habit of going despite excuses will establish the habit of getting your butt to the gym. That is how I became a hottie gym rat before I really loathed going at first, but then I became accustomed to it and felt all wonky if I didn't go!

I love Weight Watchers online.
It does give me more points than I need, so I take a few off (I think it gives me 26 points and I'm using 23 points, it used to give me 28 points and I've used 23 points since having DS).
I love the food tracker and how easy it is to use.
I got 4 months for $65 so not too bad. I'm hoping to have my baby weight gone by then.

Two things, and they are actually things already mentioned...
Going with what Steph said...I completely agree I could NOT do it without my DH doing it with me and supporting me. In the past I have always tried to do it by myself, and failed miserable each time because I was my own worst enemy. When I was alone getting lunch or something I always caved and didnt eat healthy because I didnt have someone else there to say "Hey woman, stick with it" I love that we go to the gym together. If I dont wanna go i still always go because if I tell him no, he will just say "wth? Why not? You commited and were gonna do this" and I love it. If I didnt have him saying that to me when I didnt feel like going...in the past 2 weeks alone I can think of 4-5 times where i didnt want to go, and if I was doing this alone...wouldnt have gone. That is my best motivation.
And then also, as Michelle said. If you dont feel like going to the gym...JUST GO! Your rarely gonna feel like going (In the beginning I DREADED going, never wanted to go...now at least once a week i feel like going now that im in the groove and i can see that changing to always wanting to go once I see results) so just get off your butt and do it! If I have the feeling throughout the day like "ugh, im just not gonna go to they gym tonight" i think to myself right away "this is EXACTLY why youve never seen results in the past, so just DO IT" and i go and actually always feel happier with myself having gone.

Hungry? drink water! drink at least 8 oz water before every meal to help yourself feel fuller first and see if its a true hunger at all.

Track your eating habits using something like Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate. Seeing what you ate in writing makes you stop and think about exactly what you are putting in your mouth. And print out enough healthy recipes for a week's worth of meals and then only buy the ingredients for those meals each week so you don't cheat and throw in junk food!
