Hi. I'm Amanda. I just had my son 3.5 weeks ago. I gained 52lbs with him and am working on losing it all before getting pregnant with #3. To lose this weight I'm doing Weight Watchers for now, waiting for the DR to give me the okay to work out some after my c section.

Stats:

Height: 5'10"
Prepregnancy Weight: 169.0lbs
End Pregnancy Weight: 221.0lbs
Total Gain: 52.0lbs

Goal Weight: 169.0lbs or less

End Pregnancy Date: November 6, 2009

Weigh Ins:

November 6 (end pregnancy date): 221.0lbs
<><>Total Loss: 0.0lbs
November 13 (1 week pp): 205.4lbs
<><>Total Loss: 15.6lbs
November 20 (2 weeks pp): 201.0lbs
<><>Total Loss: 20.0lbs
November 27 (3 weeks pp): 196.8lbs
<><>Total Loss: 24.2lbs
December 4 (4 weeks pp):
<><>Total Loss: 0.0lbs
December 11 (5 weeks pp):
<><>Total Loss: 0.0lbs
December 18 (6 weeks pp):
<><>Total Loss: 0.0lbs

Weight Goals:

December 1st: 195.0lbs
<><>Actual Weight: 194.4lbs
<><>Total Loss: 26.6lbs
December 15th: 191.0lbs
<><>Actual Weight:
<><>Total Loss:

Weight Goal Date: February 14, 2010

Then I plan to lose as much weight as possible after that before TTC in May 2010. Hoping to get in the 140s by May 1, 2010. And also hoping to NOT gain 40-52lbs with my last pregnancy.

We are thinking May 2010, but it could be as late as October/November 2010. It depends on what the DR says at my postpartum appointment on Thursday since I have to have a c section.

Had a great weight today!!!

So I had to add it in there.

Haha. I really think it's easier to have them closer but I guess it's all I know, so.

I haven't been posting what I eat. I eat what I want though. You just enter the calories, fat, and fiber and it gives you a points value. Then you eat your daily points.

Like when I want McDonald's I can eat McDonald's, but the rest of the day I have less points left.

Then each week you get an extra 25 or 35 points for eating out, etc.

I'm 5'10" and currently weigh 194.4lbs and I'm getting 26 daily points on WW, but I adjusted it to 23 points since I had some leftover everyday.

Great job! I've been doing Weight Watchers too and it's been working out well. I also just had a baby via c-section (8 weeks ago) and want to lose 30 pounds before we TTC #2 in September. Sounds like you're doing great!
