My overall goals:
Reduce portion sizes
Taking vitamins daily
Drink more water
Make better and cleaner food choices
Work out in one way or another
Weigh 125 lbs.
My weight has seemed to vary between 136-140 in the last few weeks. I am really ready to jump over that hump and get in shape again.
3/21-27-Goal: Accomplish daily goals, lose two pounds and weigh 135.
3/28-4/3-Goal: Accomplish daily goals, lose two pounds and weigh in at 133.
4/4-10-Goal: Accomplish daily goals, lose two pounds and weigh in at 131.
4/11-17-Goal: Accomplish daily goals, lose two pounds and weigh in at 129.
4/18-24-Goal: Accomplish daily goals, lose two pounds and weigh in at 127.
4/25- 5/1-Goal: Accomplish daily goals, lose two pounds and weight in at 125.
