So, I started my journey on Monday...but have only just now had the time to sit down and get stats in writing.
Monday May 31st: Walked a mile (2 laps around a local lake), didn't do too bad with food
Tuesday June 1st: 1.5 miles (3 laps around the same local lake), did much better food-wise...really trying to cut down on my portion size
Wednesday June 2nd: 3 hours walking around our zoo...probably 2-3 miles, did well on food though snacking is still troublesome
Thursday June 3rd: Rest day this week
I'm hoping to lose at least 50 pounds by the time we TTC next fall.
