So, I started my journey on Monday...but have only just now had the time to sit down and get stats in writing.

Monday May 31st: Walked a mile (2 laps around a local lake), didn't do too bad with food

Tuesday June 1st: 1.5 miles (3 laps around the same local lake), did much better food-wise...really trying to cut down on my portion size

Wednesday June 2nd: 3 hours walking around our zoo...probably 2-3 miles, did well on food though snacking is still troublesome

Thursday June 3rd: Rest day this week

I'm hoping to lose at least 50 pounds by the time we TTC next fall.

Current weight: 263.4

want to help each other??? I have been trying to loose weight since June 08...I lost 30 lbs and then got pregnant with DD. after i had her I only gained 10 of it back and now i'm down 20...so total I've lost 40ish lbs. I was 237 and now I go from 195 to 198... I'm suppose to go to the gym or work out to Zumba Monday through Friday and watch what I eat. But since April I've been stuck and I would really love to hit 170 before we start TTC in OCT. How I started it was I made myself rules...like If I loose so much weight by whatever date then I got something, like first goal was a new shirt...things like that. So what do you say? wanna help each other?
