I don't know why I am having such a hard time posting the thread I want, but hopefully I can at least get this much up.

I have decided to try to lose about 25 lbs before TTC

So my plan:
Eat breakfast - even if is a slim fast shake
No junk food
No eating after 8pm
Lots of water

I am also going to try to do some cardio at least 3 times a week. If only to use the elipical equipment that I have in my basement for exercise instead of a drying rack! LOL

It starts today and I did have my morning shake.
