I am so naturally friendly and polite, that I never really break the rules, but I thought this site may help some of the ladies out there.

Now I have the software verison of this program but it is great. Easy calory counting, and weight tracking. I find it much better then "trying to diet" and while programs like weight watchers is great, you can combine it all. I find it also helps me in knowning my body, what I need to eat more of, what I need to avoid.
It is an over-all great program however like all programs, you have to use it to be successful.
