So I noticed in another thread that alot us are trying to lose weight, eat healthy etc. I thought why not start athread where we can all share what we have eaten for the day, post if we have gotten enough water and post about our success.
I left tips in that other thread that I have been told by a few professionals that have helped me over the years. I figure I would re post them here and now.
1. 4 - 500ml bottles of water a day.
2. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is hugely important. 1 meal can be a protien shake. But you must have all three.
3. Kitchen is closed at 8pm.
4. night time snacking - make cystal light ice cube/chips. Awesome way to get flavor and more water.
5. proper meal sizes.
6. fruit snacks between meal. Go for the fruit you don't eat all the time to make you want to snack. Like fresh juicy rasberries, blackberry, blueberries, etc.
7. try to eat at the same time for every meal. Helps train your body.
8. 1 can of tuna or other type of protien fish once a day. No fish sticks.
9. go to fitday.com and use the online journal tracking and calorie counter.
So I will post later tonight and share what I ate today. I did get breakfast in. I had 2 peices of rasion toast and some tea. I will hit the rasberries in an hour or so. YUM
