I haven't been sticking to my weight loss plan lately...technically the last 6 months or so. Life has a way of knocking me off track...but now I'm ready to lose this weight and get ready for ttc!! I've been doing great this week so far...eating healthy and sticking to my exercise routine...usually by now I would miss a day and stop but for some reason I'm ready to commit more than ever before!

I think getting back involved in this board will help me stick to it so here's to getting results this time around
