I haven't been sticking to my weight loss plan lately...technically the last 6 months or so. Life has a way of knocking me off track...but now I'm ready to lose this weight and get ready for ttc!! I've been doing great this week so far...eating healthy and sticking to my exercise routine...usually by now I would miss a day and stop but for some reason I'm ready to commit more than ever before! I think getting back involved in this board will help me stick to it so here's to getting results this time around

Maybe you can help me stick to my plan! I have done great with my diet this week as well... no cheating! However I am dreading the next few weeks & days.

This weekend I'm going to my in-laws for my FIL's 60th birthday. I have to avoid the cake and all the other goodies MIL always makes!!

I hope I can keep my motivation on par with yours!!

I wish you the best of luck! Just a tip....don't fall for any of those silly fad diets! Also, make sure you don't restrict your calories too drastically! Doing so will just create metabolism problems!

JandJC hope you can beat the temptations and stick to your plan this weekend...the next few days/weeks will be rough but 'we' can DO IT

So far so good...it's Sunday and I have stuck to my workout routine for 7 days now...keeping my eye on that prize

Hi Krissy- I had a rough weekend but have gotten back on track. Yesterday I ran over a mile at a forest preserve with my husband and dog. This morning at 5 I am I went to the gym and did 2 miles on the eliptical and lifted some weights.

I am still feeling overwhelmed trying to stay on track...the weekends always negate any weight I lose over the course of a week!

How are you doing??
