If you know your weight, post it! Then figure out your BMI and post it too. You might not be proud of it, but I think 'saying' it out loud might give a sense of accountability and responsability for where we are at and how much we want to loose, etc.

I'll start out. I weighed in today at 118.1# per the wii fit and 23.9 is my BMI. I'm up 1.1 pounds from ten days ago. I would like to blame it on my period, but it's almost over, so maybe it was the danish I had yesterday... or the brownie the day before...

I'm 180 lbs () and my BMI is 26.6. My goal weight is 145, and a "normal" BMI come at 169 lbs.

Anyone else using MFP? We can be friends on there as well. I'm spaciestdaisy.

I'm in the normal range, but where I was someplace the other day that had a different chart for BMI and depending on if I put in my 'new' height (my docs office says I shrank!) then I'm not in the normal range, but if I put in my old height I was... I don't like BMI, but I thought maybe it would make some of us feel better about our weight. (like I weigh 200 pounds, but I'm 6'2", so that's not as bad as its ounds. KWIM?)

I agree, great job! I'm glad to have you ladies here to help keep me in line! I will need to buy a tape measure, but I will try to do some measuring. Maybe my thighs and my waist? I don't want to see the girls shrivle, I have a lot of nice Victoria's Secret Bras that I don't want to loose. Once I drop the weight I already know the girls will go down! lol

Wow, I'd have to get down to 115 to be in the normal BMI range. I would look anorexic if I did that...

What is MFP? I'm 165 and really want to get down to atleast 135. I dont use BMI cause its not very accurate. Having your bodyfat measured is a better way to go. Also measuring yourself is an excellant tool.

Two weeks of full workouts this week so far. I am trying not to beat myself up for some diet mishaps and be proud of myself for sticking with my workouts.

As of yesterday, I weighed 271.6 pounds and my bmi is 43.8. When I first started losing weight at the end of last year I weighed about 302 pounds and had a bmi of 48.7. Now that I am really working on losing weight and not giving up I'm taking the pounds off!
