If you know your weight, post it! Then
figure out your BMI and post it too. You might not be proud of it, but I think 'saying' it out loud might give a sense of accountability and responsability for where we are at and how much we want to loose, etc.
I'll start out. I weighed in today at
118.1# per the wii fit and
23.9 is my BMI.

I'm up 1.1 pounds from ten days ago. I would like to blame it on my period, but it's almost over, so maybe it was the danish I had yesterday... or the brownie the day before...
