Blah. I weighed in at 117.9 this week. I dropped .2 pounds.

I measured my waist and my flub area...
Waist 33"
Flub 35.5"
Thigh 21.5"

How does someone have 2.5" more under their waist, but not including their hips?? Better yet, how to loose it??

any loss is a step in the right direction ladies.

remember that it's 80% nutrition, 10% fitness, and 10% genetics. I aim to follow Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet principles. It's really not a diet, it's a healthy way of living! And if you are slaving away doing cardio but not seeing the results you want, then start incorporating some weights!!

Here's a link on how to take your body measurements

oh and I weigh in on Saturdays so I'll post my results on saturday!

I love the EAT CLEAN Diet. I did that a few years back and then ended up falling off the wagon. but when i followed her eat clean guide i lost alot of weight and was the leanest (and muscular) that i have ever been. I need to get back on that...its so hard though cause S/O is such a picky eater.

I'm alternating between 1 day cardio, i day strength training, then back to cardio and so on. 1 day rest each week.

I'll have to check out the diet principles!

The biggest thing to remember (myself included) is that it doesn't have to be an ALL or NOTHING mind frame. Don't force yourself to workout 7 days a week if you can't commit to that forever. You kwim? Just like eating clean, while it's GREAT if everyone could eat clean 100% of the time, and that should be the goal, the real focus should be to start out eating 50% cleaner than you were before and slowly build from there. If you only ever ate clean 90% of the time, that's awesome too!! It really is a great book, quite simple to follow if you want it to be. Go girls, run, check it out. lol. I've got A LOT of great resources for blogs to follow with great recipes, etc. that are clean as well.
