Boo. I'm at 181...UP 1.5

Seriously do you ladies think I need to have my thyroid checked or something? Working out 6 days a week and suppppper careful counting my calories and I have really not seen any weight changes for weeks!

It could be that you are adding muscle. Or are you close to your AF (water weight) Do you measure yourself to see if you are losing any inches. Sometimes you gain or not lose much but are still losing inches. It wouldn't hurt to have your thyroid checked i suppose though. I would give it another week or so and see what happens though.

Sorry your upset about your gain, just stick to your workouts and diet, you will get there!

lucky you , not getting any AF.

how long have you been working out? I see in your weightloss ticker that you have lost 7lbs is that recently? Weightloss sometimes happens in a stair case type deal, you lose some, then plateu for awhile, then lose again.

My mom has the same problem. She works out, cardio, for over an hour every night but still doesn't lose any weight. She had her thyroid checked but the doctor said that wasn't the problem.

Sometimes we just hit a plateau and just need to do something to change it up to start losing again. I would say keep at it and if there's still no change, go get it checked.

Good luck!!

I lost 7 lbs right off the bat, but i think it was a lot of water weight. I was drinking a lot...

Since then, nothing! I'm not going to give up!

You probably have just hit a plateu...i'm sure that you will start losing again soon.

I'm glad that you aren't giving up.

It's probably a plateau like the other girls are saying, but there is no harm in getting your thyroid checked as well

Also, try switching up the type of workout you do - sometimes our bodies get bored.

I lost 44lbs from January to the end of June this year and then hit a month long plateau. The scale seriously wouldn't budge despite watching my calories and working out like crazy. I couldn't figure out what was going on and then I looked back at what I was eating. I'm a vegan so I noticed I was eating between 200-300 grams of carbs a day. I lowered my carb intake to 100 grams a day and upped my protein a little more, and I've lost 4.2lbs in the past two days. Try adjusting your foods. Are you eating too many carbs like I was? Maybe your sodium intake is a little high causing you to retain all the water you drink. Are you doing a lot of strength training? Muscles retain water to rebuild themselves after a hard workout. Just don't give up.
