Help please Michelle!

I currently weigh 136lbs.

I have used an online calculator to determine that the healthy range of weight for my height is 108-145lbs so I'm towards the upper end of it. I have flab on my tummy and bum that I want to lose. I want to get down to about 120lbs which is sort of middling for my height and far from that upper limit.

How much is realistic to lose per month?

Does anyone know whether this would be a drop in dress size or not?

Sharron, the best thing to do is to loose about a pound per week. Studies show that if you loose weight faster, you're more likely to gain it back. Many women don't see a change in the scale for 6ish weeks from starting a diet and exercise program, so the best thing to do is to measure yourself.

A drop in 16 lbs should be a couple of dress sizes!

I'm also Wednesdays and am looking to drop 4 lbs this month!
