i'm gonna do 2 challenges a day one for your mind and one for your body both are optional do as much or as little as you like. with the mind ones you can share your answer if you want but you don't have to.

mind: make a list of all the reasons why you want to lose weight and put the list somewhere you see it everyday if your problem like me is when you aren't at home make a list to fit in your purse.

body: put some music on you like and dance around for awhile make it happy music so you can dance invole the kids if you want or your dh or cat or whoever. you will be getting exercise and you will feel good to.

Oops I only saw this today!!

I don't really have anywhere at home "dance around" so to speak but am hoping to get into zumba with a friend of mine, but next week will be the earliest I can do that! I will try to find an opportunity and let you know.

My reasons to lose weight, I am going to write as an affirmation to keep me on the healthy eating and stop me cheating.
I AM the perfect size and weight for a happy, healthy pregnancy.
I AM the perfect size and weight to feel and look slim, smart and sexy.
I AM whole, healthy and full of energy.
