I'm over my target for the day and if I carry on like this I'd only get to 133lbs in 5 weeks.
Probably partly due to unhealthy breakfast but also things like eating nuts (I try to be vegetarian so it's hard not to for the extra protein) and noodles.
Sigh...There's so much I can't eat because of IBS, and it's hard going finding stuff I can eat!!!
Not really. I'm not going to have time to commit to a fitness regime for a few weeks with having this essay to do. It's a half-hour round trip walk to pick up my son from school but that's it right now. I think that gave me something like an extra 68 calories.
Sorry, Hon! The good thing, though, is that you're paying attention. That is always essential for me when it comes to losing weight. I really had to figure out what foods would keep me satisfied for a long time, and I eat those for snacks between meals. Nuts are one of those for me...also hummus with either veggies or rice chips, etc. With the nuts, though, I prefer to buy individual single-serving packs so that I don't over-indulge. Anyway...good luck to you!
Nuts seemed to me to be absolutely FULL of calories. Yeah it's just hard figuring out sort of what you can have each day. Only having carbs (eg potatoes, bread, pasta, rice) at either lunch OR dinner seems to help. And only having protein (in my case, quorn, mushrooms, eggs etc) at either lunch OR dinner too. Which is fine I'll just eat a LOT of vegetables, salad and vegetable soup!!!
