its nicoles birthday party and i have ate so much rubbish i feel sick. i didn't need that amount of food yet i still did. i don't want to do this to myself anymore but i know i will.
i want to feel healthy and slim again my weight is creeping back on i have tooth ache from all the sugar i've had.

The road is never smooth sweetie - parties are hard with all the party food there and everyone around you eating it. I have my cousin's 40th coming up and know I will eat some crap and exceed what I should have that day. I think you just have to write it off and don't beat yourself up too much about it hon. Tomorrow is another day xxx
