Thought I'd copy Michelle and record in one thread to see progress.

Start weight: 136lbs
Target overall weight: 120lbs
Target for September: 132lbs - Achieved
Target for October: 128lbs

9/13 - 136lbs
9/20 - 134lbs
9/27 - 134lbs
10/4 - 132lbs
10/11 - 132lbs

NB. I think my scales are a bit inaccurate: I think I've actually lost 1lb per week but you can't really see the difference on my scales as the markings are only every two lbs - last week I noticed the difference when putting on my clothes so I think that's what's happened!!

Chuffed that I'm now at 134lbs! Shows I'm going in the right direction!! Yay!

Couldn't tell if I was 134lbs or a bit less on scales this morning - like I say I think they're only going to show it properly every 2lbs. Once my assignment is done I'll have to go shopping for a digital scale.


In other things apart from weight, my boobs are definitely looking a nicer, more pert shape!!

132lbs today - the calorie counting definitely seems to be taking out 1lb per week.

Still 132lbs. I think I'm lucky given the way I've been eating the last few days.
