I've done well with my cals. I've gone over on protein today though, ho hum. For some reason I'm not hitting my carbs target even though I have bread, potatoes or pasta with every meal and have fruit every day. Any suggestions?

I am a low carber - so hitting your carb target makes me smile! I ate a box of cookies last night...I'm using the end of AF as my excuse! I'm also going to run tonight before a family birthday dinner. There's no better way to curb my eating than running right before a big dinner!

Somehow I have no idea how, I managed to lose a pound yesterday even with my cookie binge. I live in fear that it will come back tomorrow!!! hence the run.

good luck hun

well i lost another lb this morning i'm really happy it seems to be falling off me at the mo. we did go out for a meal and i had chips but i did 40 mins of just dance and managed to be just over my cals.
it does help i'm skipping breakfast cause thats part of girl diet. no chocolate in last 2 days which is great for me.
work tonight which is always hard for eating cause we have a shop next door and the others snack all night. but i do get to come home for dinner so i'm not taking my purse to work and will eat my dinner at home on my break.

Sounds like you've got a good meal plan there Michelle! Good luck with dinner/snacking tonight. I always have to think really hard about snacking if others are doing it near me. It's too easy to indulge.

I went for my run last night before our family birthday dinner and ran 2.25 miles in about a half hour - which is a little fast for me. It really helped curb my appetite. I also split my dinner with my mom, and shared half of it with my son, so that helped too. I woke up this morning to a fabulous new number on the scale and I'm SO EXCITED!! My goal for September was to get into the 160s, and I'm finally here!! Now, to maintain.

According to my tracker, I've got 13.6 more pounds to go! So much better than the 30 I started with.

yeah thats great news hun well done.
i wish i had the energy to run. i do like going on just dance though and thats a good work out for me.
i had chips at dinner which was ok cause i shared them with ds and didn't have to many and only had one slice of bread with it and i still have cals for the day but no fat so if i do use them it needs to be on something with no fat i have carbs and protien left too.

It gives me a certain amount of carbs to try and eat each day, I can't remember what it is now will check tomorrow before filling anything in. I never eat all the carbs but sometimes get right down to 0 or beyond on the protein.
