And hopefully it'll help. Actually, it already has. I joined it and started working out, and got a full 30 minutes of cardio in, plus some thigh workouts in.
Working out at home is just not working out for me. Being on a treadmill and being able to see my heart rate and how long I've been going as well as how far, really helps.
Now just to get DH to go with me!
My current weight is 139, that's 11 pounds from the 150 I was in June. And most of losing all that weight is just from not eating all the time like I was. Now I only eat at specified meal times, or I have something really small (one cookie, some fruit, carrots..)
And I should keep losing weight, since I'm sadly going off all Milk products. (I was drinking 3-4 glasses of Whole Milk a day

)
I've also been drinking water. A LOT of water. Someone told me that you need to take your weight and divide it by 2 and that's how many ounces of water you need a day.
So here's to hoping I can lose some more weight and be able to run 2 miles in 16 minutes by December!
Anyone else have even a small amount of success in losing weight or just being more healthy? I'd love to hear the stories!
