Actually started Dec 28. Doing a combo thing - whatever exercise I can get in, gym, Insanity tapes, running. Planning a 1/2 marathon in May. Diet right now I am doing the 17 day diet which is mainly low carb but it goes in cycles to help keep your body go into starvation mode. 17 day cycles - the first is rapid weight loss, then the next alternating high and low calorie days.
Its tough, but I'm determined and especially with others I know we can do it together - studies have shown that weight loss is more successful with a buddy!
