this ones gonna be alittle different just sign up and let me know how much you lose each week at the end of each month i will give awards for most lost in a month etc.

Im in!!

Im starting on Jan 1st with my diet/work out plan. Im planning to eat healthier and work out 5 nights a week, I have a few Jillian Michaels work out DVDs to do during the winter, once the weather is warm Im planning to do couch to 5K

Starting Weight - 140lbs
Goal Weight - 130lbs

I don't really have a goal for each month. I do know I want to lose 70 lbs by next dec!

Day 1 for me..haven't taken my weight yet but will update that. Ideally I would like to lose 40 pounds!

Actually started Dec 28. Doing a combo thing - whatever exercise I can get in, gym, Insanity tapes, running. Planning a 1/2 marathon in May. Diet right now I am doing the 17 day diet which is mainly low carb but it goes in cycles to help keep your body go into starvation mode. 17 day cycles - the first is rapid weight loss, then the next alternating high and low calorie days.

Its tough, but I'm determined and especially with others I know we can do it together - studies have shown that weight loss is more successful with a buddy!

I'm in. I plan on eating healthier and working out at least 5 days a week. I hope that if everything goes well ill lose 2 pounds a week.

Starting weight is 170

Weigh in tomorrow for this weeks loss I hope

My weight on xmas day wsa 200.4lbs
My goal is 160lbs

40.4lbs total

current weight 196.8
