I just finished week 2 day 3 of C25K...I'll take monday off and onto week 3 day 1 on tuesday! I can't believe how awesome this is making me feel! It took soooo much to get me up off my butt today...I litterally wanted to stay in my pj's all day...so I changed into my running clothes (at 3:45! ) and went for a run and now I'm up and ready and feeling so much better! The best part? It only took 30 minutes out of my lazy day!


There's still time in the day ladies! WHat can you do to help your heart today? It takes less than an hour to help keep your heart healthy

The only thing I really did yesterday was do a really thorough cleaning. Other than that Sunday is my one day where I don't work out! It is a gym day for me today (as long as the childcare part is open)!

i did yesterday i played just dance with nicole. i did a speed walk to work but thats it today
