LOVE this website! If you're simply going to go about weight loss as a calories in calories out approach... this site is for you! It tells you based on your height and weight how many calories you should have to maintain a healthy weight loss (2 pounds or less per week) and will do graphs showing you your progress, and goals, etc. You log your foods on it and it keeps track of your calories... you can either enter the nutritional info yourself or it also has a log of popular food items and brands to do it for you. There's also an exercise section where it tells you based on what exercise and amount of time spent how many calories you likely expended. Great site!
