I use sparkpeople.com and it has helped me lose 30 pounds. It's free and really user friendly. It is an awesome place to start. My username is JediRach on there so add me if you decide to join.

I'm a member there but I've never really tried. I joined Peer Trainer at the same time and I stuck with that one for a while.

I still get the emails with tips from SparkPeople and I enjoy the articles.
