Good luck with your goals!
I skipped breakfast too today and we really shouldn't! I think it will be one of my goals to make sure I always eat breakfast!

if ur not used to breakfast try a half a pink grapefruit, its really light and refreshing in the morning....and u don't feel yucky after you eat it like if u just downed a heavy breakfast.
i find i drink more water when i use a big water bottle and just keep refilling it as i empty it, rather than using little glasses. my water bottle is 750mL too so it's easy to approximate how much i've drank......

Sarah, I totally agree. That's how I get in so much water and know how much I've drank. The Propel water bottles are easy to refill and drink out of... and they're 23.7 FL (or 700 ml) so I shoot to drink four of them a day which puts me right around 96 ounces... way more than I even "need." If I had to drink them out of glasses and had no idea how much I was getting, etc. I probably wouldn't bother with it.
and MYA.... GET YOUR BUTT IN GEAR! lol I wanna see what you ate -- even if you think you ate worse than you should have, posting it, and SEEING it, and knowing we all see it may help you make better choices in the future, ya know?

good job on getting more food in! even if it's a cookie... it may not be nutritious but you need those calories, especially at the start of your day! it's better to eat 'wasted' calories in a cookie or something than to not eat at all... you don't want your body to think it's starving and start holding on to all of it's intake!
