Yeah, that's pretty friggin' annoying, but what can ya do? Maybe I'm getting a glimpse at what it's like to be pg and have to pee so much, lol. It feels good to get back into the whole 'water addiction' thing though. Hopefully I'll keep it up.

Okay yesterday... yesterday was not too fabulous for me... BUT I got all of my water in and made sensible choices for dinner, at least!

lunch:
Cheesybread... darn my job! TWENTY TWO!

dinner :

what's c25k?

And I just have to say that I think you are making great choices for food! The best part is when there's the odd choice that you don't approve of you don't let it hinder your choices for the rest of the day, and THAT is the sign of someone who is really dedicated!

c25k = the couch to 5k thing.

And thanks about the food thing! This week I was trying to ease into WW... not go super strict or anything until the holidays were really over... but I've pretty much stuck within my points range, now I just need to work on eating less processed foods... or at the very least just more fruits/veggies and "good for me" items. lol

OMG!! I just don't understand how you drink sooo much water!! I ONLY drink water and I'm lucky to get int 4-6 glasses a day. I always tell myself to drink more water but it never seems to happen!! I always have it sitting by me too.

Well for one, when I typically drink any non-water beverage I just sip on it ... but when I drink water I *chug* it. Literally, I will count gulps while I'm drinking and aim for like 10 or 20. It's a little obsessive, I always count when I'm drinking... so I just pick a high number that I have to 'hit.' and also, I have sensitive teeth, so I prefer water that is not super cold.

I don't like drinking water ice cold either. I prefer it room temperature.

I have heard (and I'm not sure if this is 100% true) that you can drowned your organs by drinking too much water and die. Something like that happened her in Indy on some radio station contest a year ago.
