You CAN do this, and you're proof... you've lost 35 pounds already! It's just a matter of committing to a plan and sticking with it! It's okay to 'screw up' or 'blow it' or whatever every now and again... no one is perfect. The important thing is not to beat yourself up about it, or let it take a snowball effect... just hop back on the bandwagon! Don't feel guilty... it's done, it's over!
