Ok here goes!

Starting weight: I'll need to edit this but I think its like 185 (big boobs and bf'ing add to that the dr tells me.....)

Size: 14 or a large

Measurements: chest: about 38, waist: 31 ish.....Brayden was tugging at me! Hips: I dunno....I was scared lol!

First goal: 175

Time frame: Valentine's day!

Cheer me on!

Food log for Jan. 2nd, 2008:

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg with a slice of cheese, 2 slices of sara lee 45cal bread with a VERY thin layer of grape jam.

Lunch: dh brought home take out fast food fish and chicken so I had 3 chicken planks (I used napkins to get all the oil out, a few fries, and water.


Dinner: I had a slice of garlic toast and the mixed veggies.

Drinks/snacks: Water, 1/2 can mt. dew (bad I know....sorry) and 10 m&m's.

Jan. 3rd food log:

Water water water....and some mt dew lol.

B-fast: toothpaste lol.

Lunch: fish sticks, potatoes, and mac and cheese---here's the mt dew.

Dinner: baked chicken, potatoes, and mixed veggies -----WATER!

Snacks: a few chips while I was cooking, and a snack cake for dessert.

okey dokey....I'm back and ready to go!

Food today:
Breakfast (I'm coming back from being sick so bare with me lol) I had a slice of toast and 2 chocolate pudding cups

Lunch: An egg sandwich (1/2 of the egg) and a slice of cheese on it, a couple of lil cookies

Dinner: a snack cake (WOW big dinner)

Nothing after 6pm, water and crystal light to drink.

total weight loss....thanks to whatever was wrong with my tummy....about 6 pounds I think!

YAY for losing six pounds! so you only need to lose 4 more to reach your Valentine's day goal, is that right?

I don't know what brands/whatever it was in what you ate but if your days are regularly like this your body may go into 'starvation mode' and screw up your metabolism so you don't lose... you didn't consume very many calories today. Just keep an eye on that.

Ive been sick lol. I just for whatever reason did not want to eat for 5 days! My tummy would get all grumbly if I even attempted it and I just didn't even feel hunger!
