oooh what did u make for dinner?
I made a healthy dinner tonite too! Whole wheat penne with chicken and primavera sauce with yellow peppers, mushrooms and garlic......YUMMMM it was soooo good.
with a little sprinkle of lowfat parmesan cheese.....
i'm aiming to add more fruits and vegetables to my diet.....which in turn will hopefully make me full enough to cut out some junk!
