OK - so I thought I would join in the accountability threads!

So yesterday I ate quite healthy, except i had two turtles chocolates while i was waiting to go eat........cuz i was STARVING!

But i also did a 1.5 hour workout yesterday, one that my pre wedding trainer had designed for me, and i'm feeling it today! I also did a 25 min run. (included in that 1.5 hrs)

Also, making yesterdays workout even better - a guy at the gym hit on me! LOL oh yeah baby, I still got it! haha he just didn't even notice that i was wearing major bling on my left ring finger......he didn't seem like a skeezy wierdo either so that made it even better...lol

Oh and my FIL told me last night that their family friend was going on about how i should be a model......LOL........talk about a good self esteem day yesterday! I kinda needed it

YES - i totally recommend it. It's basically like having a personal trainer in my opinion. I had one before and the moves they use in the dvd's are similar to what i did with my trainer. My legs and rear end are SO SORE today! It has kick boxing in it for cardio - you can choose a low intensity cardio or high intensity or you can do both (which i did), you can mix and match segments to fit however much time you wanna work out for - it's awesome. Also i got the Power Sculpt and Cardio Max dvd's which when you put them together turn into a 6 week training program - you can choose the 6 week option or just use the regular workouts, but i think it would be totally awesome if you wanted to start getting in shape to just use the 6 week programs, you just do the workout however many times they tell u to, and the workout changes every 2 weeks i think, getting progressively harder.
All you need equipment wise is a physio ball and 2 small weights (you could use cans of soup for this no problem), i do think you need the exercise ball though, i love those things and they are pretty cheap at walmart, i think $10 or less.

Ok so food log time:
yesterday i had (continued)
-my steak/veg rolls for dinner (YUM and low cal, low fat) with some whole wheat pasta (a very small amount).
-1 lindt chocolate, 1 candy cane
-1 glass red wine

Today I have had:
-1 small glass OJ
-1/2 grapefruit
-cinnamon raisin bagel with butter
-1/2 cup of coffee (i got mad heartburn from it so i had to stop drinking it! and i'm a coffee addict!)

-turkey & swiss sandwich on whole wheat
-cup of tea with 2% milk

-4 chocolate coffee beans
-cup of coffee with 1/2 tsp sugar and 2% milk (my sisters -ages 30 & 23 & 7- came over from out of town! so we were socializing with coffee)

-small amount of regular fusilli pasta with veg primavera sauce and lf parm cheese.
-1 glass red wine

ETA - no exercise - too sore!!

I see you love your red wine! I do too, yum!

I need to tell you something. Last night, I dreamed that you called me on the phone it was so weird!!! I answered the phone and you were like "Hi, it's Sarah Marina from JM" and I was just very surprised that you called and we spent like 5 minutes on the phone and it was all awkward because we didn't really know what to say to each other.

if you really want chips i have two suggestions -- lays *light* original flavor chips (in a light blue bag) are great... 17 chips for 75 calories, 0 fat, and 1g fiber! they're SO good too! LOVE THEM! and also FF pringles are a good option!

Did you work out regularly before this? Is it possible that working out "inspired" the joint pain? Ahh.. I guess nevermind it's widespread-- I just hate to see people in pain. !
