I think I'll give this a try.

Yesterday:

Breakfast:
2 coconut donuts


Lunch:
1 apple
peanut butter sandwich on potato bread


Dinner:
Wild rice
Dozen grilled shrimp
steamed veggies
1/3 of a bloomin' onion


Snacks:
2 Russel Stover chocolates


Water:
5 glasses


Exercise:
n/a

3 blueberry waffles


Lunch:
Lg bowl of lima beans (yes it's weird but I love them)
Lg glass of skim milk


Dinner:
Greek pasta (penne pasta, spinach, tomoato, and pinto beans)


Dessert:
A fruit smoothie


Snacks:
Handful of nuts


Water:
5 glasses

2 scrambled eggs
3 pieces of turkey bacon


Lunch:
1 slice of cheese pizza
carrot sticks
1 apple


Dinner:
Lemon pepper fish
Steamed Brocoli


Snacks:
Unsalted mixed nuts
peanut butter crackers
1 cupcake


Water:
6 glasses

good job - i have read before if ur gunna have pizza, cheese pizza is the way to go, apparently the pepperoni has a lot of fat.
how did you do the fish? i can never cook fish well....it always ends up nasty

I buy frozen filets of orange ruffe. Thaw them season with Mrs. Dash lemon pepper and bake on 400 for 15-20 minutes.

Breakfast:
1 bowl shredded wheat
3 pieces of turkey bacon


Lunch:
1 bowl chicken and rice soup
1 cup applesause
1 sugar free pudding cup


Dinner:
Spaghetti sauce and whole wheat pasta


Snacks:
Handful of mixed nuts
1 graham cracker topped with peanut butter
2 peeps (from x-mas)


Exercise:
1/2 hr Turbo Kick


**On a side note, I weighed in at 156lbs today at the gym. So I'm anxious to see what i can lose.

I'm actually really ashamed at what I ate yesterday. I was having an emotional day....

1/10

Breakfast:
1 bottle Dr. Pepper
mini powered dougnuts (those hostess packs of 6)


Lunch:
Tuna fish on Ritz crackers
1 cup cottage cheese
carrot sticks


Dinner:
Lemon pepper fish
mixed veggies

Snacks:
mixed nuts
1 cup applesauce
2 peeps

**Didn't eat much today. My throat has been super sore. A kid at the center had Strep last week and I hope it's not that.**

girl you can get down with some applesauce! the homemade chicken noodle sounds yummy! I hope you start feeling better soon and it's not strep! between your throat and your poor toe somebody must have it out for ya! haha

**I have Strep Throat, YAY!! ** And AF started today very heavily. So I guess I should be thankful I get to stay home from work for that as well.


Yesterday 1/14


Breakfast:
2 slices of pumpkin bread


Lunch:
1 bowl of homemade chicken soup


Dinner:
Chicken stir fry w/ rice


Snacks:
peanuts butter crackers
mixed nuts
large bowl of ice cream (haha milking the strep!)

Mike and I decided to get a hotel room for our last night of break, so I just woke up in the hotel room with a raspy voice and stuffy nose and a sore throat. I'm really allergic to a lot of things so I'm hoping that it's just allergies and I'm not sick!!

Feel better today, Morgan... remember to drink lots of water! sending
