peanut butter sandwich on potato bread
Dinner:
Wild rice
Dozen grilled shrimp
steamed veggies
1/3 of a bloomin' onion
Snacks:
2 Russel Stover chocolates

good job - i have read before if ur gunna have pizza, cheese pizza is the way to go, apparently the pepperoni has a lot of fat.
how did you do the fish? i can never cook fish well....it always ends up nasty

I buy frozen filets of orange ruffe. Thaw them season with Mrs. Dash lemon pepper and bake on 400 for 15-20 minutes.

1 bowl chicken and rice soup
1 cup applesause
1 sugar free pudding cup
Dinner:
Spaghetti sauce and whole wheat pasta
Snacks:
Handful of mixed nuts
1 graham cracker topped with peanut butter
2 peeps (from x-mas)
Exercise:
1/2 hr Turbo Kick
**On a side note, I weighed in at 156lbs today at the gym. So I'm anxious to see what i can lose.

**Didn't eat much today. My throat has been super sore. A kid at the center had Strep last week and I hope it's not that.**

**I have Strep Throat, YAY!!  ** And AF started today very heavily. So I guess I should be thankful I get to stay home from work for that as well.
Yesterday 1/14

2 slices of pumpkin bread
Lunch:
1 bowl of homemade chicken soup
Dinner:
Chicken stir fry w/ rice
Snacks:
peanuts butter crackers
mixed nuts
large bowl of ice cream (haha milking the strep!)

Mike and I decided to get a hotel room for our last night of break, so I just woke up in the hotel room with a raspy voice and stuffy nose and a sore throat. I'm really allergic to a lot of things so I'm hoping that it's just allergies and I'm not sick!!
