I'm just going off of grocery browsing memory...not facts. But I think ounce per ounce it's just as bad as it's poured counterparts. But it appears to be less calories/fat because it's sprayed on....which makes the amt you use a lot less. If you really love traditional dressings, maybe this would be a good way to cut back from pouring a ton on.

DH makes a great dressing...and now I make it too. Take a couple cloves of garlic and smash them (or use a garlic press), mix in some salt, lemon juice, and olive oil......toss your salad in this mix....yum!

We use the spritzers. We used to use FF Italian. The sprays are indeed the same amount, but they prevent you from using as much. For most of them it's 1 calorie per spray. Typically with regular dressing, I keep pouring too much to cover the top and then there's a little pool in the bottom. This way, I spray the top, mix it around... eat it, and when I get to the bottom I usually need a couple more sprays. But I am def. using way less, and b/c it's not the FF kind it tastes a little better.

I makes something similar and it always turns out really good. I put lemon juice, vinegar, canola oil, sea salt & pepper into my salad jar. I will try adding garlic next time!

Ok so I just bought some spritz at the store and used it on my salad for lunch and it was really good... I really feel like I didn't over do it with the dressing today!! It was just enough to give it some flavor!!
