I am starting my food and exercise log now!! It probably won't look too healthy right away. I still need to get to the store and the big LSU game is tonight so I know we will have chicken wings  My goal is to eat healthier and drink more water!!!!

Lunch: half a chicken salad sandwich
small salad with some spritz dressing (only a little)
bottle of water
Dinner: Nachos (just tonight i needed some football food)
piece of cookie cake
glass of coke
Exercise:walked for an hour at the park
bottle of water with my walk

Be careful with those wings girl! I know they aren't an everyday thing, but according to calorie-count.com 1 wing (not the bone of course) is 159 cal and 10g of fat!  That doesn't count if you put ranch or bleu cheese on them! Just a heads up.
WAY TO GO on the exercise front! an hour, that's great! way to get moving!

Don't feel bad about wanting to eat bacon! DH and I eat Turkey Bacon. And while it's not completely healthy for you, it's a much better choice than the piggie version (alot less fat).

idk but i dont think pizza is THAT BAD, if you're having it only now and then, so don't worry about it!
are you a coke addict?? my MIL drinks like 10 cans a day or something like that!

Aimee, good luck trying to get rid of your coke habit! Do you drink regular coke? If so, you will definitely lose weight just by not drinking coke, I can promise you.
I was a HUGE coke zero and diet pepsi addict and it was my new year's resolution to stop drinking it. I gotta tell you those first few days were so hard, I thought I wouldn't make it. I was craving it so much. But today for the first time I realized I didn't miss it anymore. It only took 8 days so it's not that bad!

Yeah I drink regular coke.. Right now I'm trying to cut it down to just one coke a day and then I'll try and maybe do every other day... We'll see what happens!!! I'm sure i'll sneak one every once in awhile...

You just need to start drinking more water. Soon enough your body will adapt to your water intake, and it can get almost difficult to drink the carbonated bubbly soft drinks. As of right now with all the water I'm drinking I usually have one diet coke first thign in the morning and one with dinner or something... and with all the water I'm trying to get in it doesn't leave much 'drinking time' for anything else if that makes sense.

Lunch:chicken nuggets and fries from Mcdonalds (the fast food is not an all the time thing)

Dinner:Pizza caserole, mashed potatos
coke
Exercise: walked 1 mile on the treadmill
100 crunches!!!!
bottle of water!!!!!!!
Atleast I am making up for the bad food with exercise... My food will get better

Not only is it great that you're making up for the less healthy food choices with exercise, but it's great that you are logging it! I really think it helps to keep the bad choices in control, and gives you some perspective on what to work on.

Well my weekend was really bad with food and it is one of DH and I's downfall because we like to enjoy our weekends and it seems that eating happens to be our hobby  Goal for next weekend is to eat out less or eat healthy choices or something any advice for us on stopping our hobby???

Breakfast: 6 inch turkey breast sub from subway (it was the other half from the night before) I know subway is better than other fast food places but is it really all that good for me??

Lunch: Hooters- buffalo chicken strips (I didn't eat them all because they were WAY too greasy)
cheese fries

Snack:We went to the movies so I had some popcorn and more coke...
Dinner: Taco bell- 2 cheesy gordita crunches
I really don't remember if I had coke or water

Breakfast: I didn't eat any because I woke up at like 10:30
Lunch: Copeland's- Appetizer- Bayou Brocolli (its fried brocolli with bacon and cheese.. Its oh so good but oh so bad  )
Entree- Chicken parmesan (I ate only half and brought the rest home)
coke
Dinner: other half of my leftovers from Copelands.... (Chicken parmesan)
and of course coke...

ahhhh.. coke, coke, coke.. I'm not going to lie-- after 2 bottles of water this morning and a juice box, I DO have a bottle of diet pepsi next to me. Idk if this is rationalizing, but the best "lifestyle changes" don't happen cold turkey, and I feel like if Diet Pepsi is the worst of my problems, I feel like I'm doing OK right now..
