So I was just snacking on cookie dough, so I figured it was time to start this, if I have to write down all the junk I eat, I'll be less likely to eat like a pig, lol.
1/14/08
8AM- coffee, caffeinated
1:00pm-Vitamin water, banana
2:30pm- coffee, decaffeinated....all they had, I normally drink caffeinated
4pm- dry cereal in a small baggie, 2 handfuls ?
5:30-6:30pm- exercise, walking 1 mile, all the machines, ab work, drinking water
7:00pm- baby carrots, fat free dressing, 4 mozzarella sticks with buffalo sauce, 2 cups of v8 splash
9:00pm- cookie dough, at least 5 spoonfuls
9:30pm- V8 splash
