So I really had to pee, after drinking that whole Nalgene bottle very quickly. So, with this handy dandy accuracy to 1/10th of an lb. thing, I weighed myself before I peed and after I peed. I lost EXACTLY 1 lb.. I think the cold medicine might be going to my head...

So here's a real question. The water bottle was 32 ounces. If I umm.. *lost* 16 ounces, how is the water helping me?

also while we're on the subject... i read that if your hands/feet are cold you should go pee and you'll warm up b/c your body is using energy trying to raise the temperature of your pee to 98.6 or whatever so if you have an empty bladder it can go back to focusing on warming your feet and hands!
