Don't feel guilty.. If we're making lifestyle changes instead of dieting, chips and french fries WILL come up again!! to both of you, spreading all my cold germs! haha.
Get over it. lol. So you 'binged' so what? The very most important thing is that you don't let this set you back. Don't ruin the rest of your day or week or whatever just b/c you ate something you think you shouldn't have. This is about portion control and moderation. I heard the words LITTLE and HALF in your 'binge' so it could have been a lot worse! Just don't do it everyday... its perfectly fine to treat yourself on occasion. Enjoy your indulgence and move on guilt free!
i swear to god shan u should take up motivational speaking, because i feel so motivated to continue eating well after that!
yeah i'm back on the bandwagon today and actually not feeling like eating any junk (mind u its 9am but still).
and michelle i think i have some kind of strange resistance to whatever is going around - dh and his whole office (where i've popped by several times) have been SO SICK, one of the guys ended up having to get taken to the hospital with bacterial pneumonia.....yet somehow i don't even have a sniffle *knock on wood*.....
and Aim (my sister's name is Aim! short for amanda, but everyone calls her aim) i'm glad i'm not the only one! haha funny that confessing it made me feel better teehee
ugh the shoulders were doing better, till i messed up the right one making the bed yesterday, its throbbing still......i took an anti inflam so hopefully that will help soon....the other one is 99% though! and my neck is feeling better too.....i can't wait to see the rheumatologist though, i'd love to know what's going on and what i can do to stop this from happening.
