I'm soooooooo excited i'm going on a 2 week ski vaycay in 3 weeks! i wanna increase my cardio so i'm more in shape for trying to breathe at high altitudes..... i think i'm going to try to run 3-4 times per week - think that'll do the trick?

Here's a pic from skiing last year - I LOVE SKIING!!!

I think that'll work.. Does the treadmill have an incline? That's a nice pic, looks like you were having fun! I have never skiied in my life--- I had an ACL repair when I was 15 and I'm not very graceful.. I trip when I walk.. So I'm jealous

anyone can ski! I am pigeon toed so i'm a huge klutz too, i must fall down the stairs once a week!
yeah maybe i will throw some incline into my treadmill runs..........i'm contemplating running to this castle that is by my house, it has all these stairs that go up to it.......it is far though! prob 40 min total running for there and back, which is way harder than 40 min on a treadmill....... hmmmmmm

Your brave! It sounds like so much fun but I would be scared of going down a big mountain. Where are you going sking? That is such a pretty picture of you and the white mountains!

How fun! I haven't been skiing in yeeears. It was so much fun though. You should be in great shape after turning your runs up a notch. You'll be the hottest ski bunny out there!

yeah - when i'm skiing i really feel like it's a dream come true. it's so peaceful and beautiful, it's like a different world!
(until u get to the lift line lol then its just mayhem) i'm so beyond excited! going to the gym for a run in a minute, i might try 45 min today......
