So everyday, I get in at least 64 ounces of water, some days more, but I FORCE the 64 ounces. My pants have been tighter in the waist and I felt like, "wth, I'm GAINING weight!"
So I just weighed myself, mid-day after drinking a total of 80.9 ounces of water so far today, and I've LOST 3.5 lbs since the 1/15 weigh in, down for a total of 5.5 lbs so far!!!
So I don't know why the water is sitting at my waist-- prob bc my belly is always full of water and food now that I'm eating 3 meals plus snacks a day, up from 2 meals flat, but I AM steadily losing weight... What's even MORE amazing is I tried to drink a 20 ounce of Diet Pepsi today and took 5 sips.. So it's sitting in the fridge-- I might have it later, but I doubt it!
Off I go now to re-fill my water bottle for the evening.. I'm hoping for 112.9 ounces today
