So I had a plan to go to class in sweats with a sabres hat on, not showered, and then go right to the gym, come home, and take a shower. I even charged my MP3 player overnight and put out bras (2 bras work WONDERS!), a t-shirt, and shorts before bed.
So I got up, went to class, and then the gym!!
Where I did:
15 minutes on the eliptical
20 on the recumbent bike
It was 35 minutes and I was hoping for 45, but you have to start somewhere!!
I'm so proud of myself.. I was thinking if I treat the gym as a MWF 10-11 thing after my 9-10 class, I'll be motivated not to ditch either (my prof does NOT care if you attend and only tests on his book, not his lectures).
I'm starting to get sore now in my lower back and butt, but that'll go away.... Yay me!
