Breakfast- 2 pieces of whole wheat toast and a cup of diet dr pepper.

Lunch--slim fast bar and a dr pepper.

Dinner

Snacks

Exercise--walked for 30 minutes.

Someone else who likes soda!!! Water can be your best friend!!! It is starting to be mine!!! It will help lose some of those lbs!!! Lets all get off the soda together!!

lol. it's so hard. I've weaned myself off of regular soda, and I'm working on diet pop, but it's too hard.

I hate water. lol. I'll drink the flavored kind, but that's expensive. Any tips? lol


Tuesday 1/29

Breakfast--Slim Fast Bar and diet dr pepper *hangs head in shame*. LOL.

Lunch--going to subway and having a turkey sub with veggies and mustard. no cheese, and a yogurt and water.

Dinner-left over cheeseburger mac and a diet dr pepper

Exercise--walked 1/2 hour


Weight--still at 175. SIGH.

Wednesday 1-30

Breakfast
-small bowl of rice krispies with strawberries

Snack--
Diet Dr Pepper

Lunch--a turkey sandwich on WW bread, an apple, and a few doritos. (lol).

Dinner-- I'm going to have spaghetti and a salad, and probably skim milk.

I do propel packets in my water.. It's sort of an expensive habit, but I PREFER it over pop now and pop was my hold out like Aimee's!

ah. I didn't know they made propel packets..I have seen crystal light, and other kinds..i really should get those next time I'm at the store. I drink entirely too much pop. lol

I find the vitamin water is better than the propel water but I still don't know how good it is because I think it still has all those sugars and all in it.. I really have no idea what I am talking about so you might want to research it!!! I just try to convince myself to have water instead of coke and its been hard as you can see some days i'll go without any coke and some days that is all I drink but i'm trying really hard!!! Diet is alot better than regular though so just try and drink both if you have to!!

I hate water also. I tried all the crystal light single packs, my personal favorites are Green tea rasberry, Cherry pomagranate, and the orange sunrise. Most of them were ok, only a couple i didn't like. There kind of expensive though-i stock up when they are on sale! Some cheap tricks i learned....add lemon juice (or fresh lemons to your water). On of my friends has 3 pictures of water in her fridge at all times.....one with lemons in it, one with cumumber slices in it and one with strawberry in it. She chances the fruits/veg depending on what time of year it is. But they are always good. Also something I just found here is hot water with pure vanilla in it! Sounds weird but if you have a sweet tooth it tastes a little like cake frosting to me.

cherry coke zero.

Lunch--fiesta platter from taco bell

Snack--cinnamon twists

Supper--1 slice of pizza, 2 cheese bread pieces, and 2 pieces of dessert pizza from godfathers and a pepsi.
