Rach-- don't worry. if you look at the total of days and the calories, you're doing VERY well, so today's calories should NOT be a problem!

It is time to make this happen. New Rules. Starting today.

1: 64 oz of water everyday. No matter what.
2: 1100 calories tops for the time being
3: Fruit and/or vegetables everyday
4: Gym, Monday Wednesday and Friday and some outdoor activity on the weekends.
5: Tracking my progress using Sparkpeople and JM everyday
6: Buying a new scale. Today.
7: Asking for help. Does anyone want to be my health buddy. I seem to be so easily tempted lately.
