I have a long ways to go on this journey but hopefully with the help of others I continue to find strength, encouragement, motivation, discipline.

Please feel free to let me know if you think there is anything that I could do differently food or exercise wise.

I have 10months to drop a good chunk of this weight for good....in this moment - I'm ready!!!

ok so my snacking choices were crap today - can we say sweet tooth - and why stop at just one cookie really! oh well - better choices tomorrow. at least i worked it a bit harder at the gym tonight.

and speaking of gym - might I add. I hate working out!!! I wanna be the girl that enjoys it again....that gets excited to go to the gym.....and for that matter I can't say that I have walked out feeling refreshed or re-energized. I have been SHOT - exhausted! It takes every ounce of energy in my body to get going - and there's nothing left in me at the end.

and I'm sorry but I'm just gonna get it out.......why do girls constantly feel the need to check themself out at the gym. YES you have a nice body - YES your hair looks great - YES the guys notice you when you walk by - NO your makeup that you just reapplied prior to working out isn't running down your face because your too busy checking yourself out that you haven't even busted a sweat!!! Get your a_s_s_ movin girl or get outta the way - I've got work to do!!!!

ok - vent over!

can't wait for what tomorrow brings!

I just checked out your log and you are doing great so far.. Great on the exercise and the food is great too.. Someone likes chocolate chip cookies huh!! hehe Keep up the good work!!!

I'm not even really a huge fan of chocolate chip cookies - - me and the little girl I nanny for made a batch of chewy double chocolate chip cookies and so since they were there - I was eating them.

I resisted today though - I at one point opened the freezer and looked at them - then I went and looked in the mirrow - walked back and put them away. LOL

And I was thinking when I left the gym tonight -- am I skinny yet. I have a loooooonnnnggg way to go. But I need this more than I need anything else for myself in life right now. So I'll just keep truckin along.

Bought myself some new workout tops today. Figured since I'm hittin the gym everyday I should get a few more shirts so I can't use "no clean clothes" as an excuse. And if your wondering.... I don't do laundry - well only if I the husband can't find time! I know - I'm a brat!


And speaking of husband - thank you husband for telling me NO to Burger Factory. MMM soo good. I even tried to make it sound like a good idea by saying we could split the bacon cheeseburger and poutine since it's really all about portion control. He didn't go for it...

well done - I fell off the wagon. I didn't chart my food/exercise since friday. My eating wasn't horrible and their wasn't any exercise. I have been completely depressed today and yesterday. I feel defeated. I have struggled with my weight since I was young - have yo'yo'd through the years and I am just flat out sick of it. I seriously don't know if I believe I will ever be able to reach my dream goalweight. I just feel like I'm beating a dead horse. Again I had another big emotional breakdown this evening. I feel horrible for what my husband has to go through in seeing me struggle with my weight. I really wish that I could just get past this obstacle in my life.

So tomorrow I'm gonna get back on plan. Again.

I'll continue to pray - pray that one of these times will be the start of the finish!

hopeful for a better, cheerful tomorrow!

The past 2 weeks have been hell. Lots of things going wrong such as our stove broke, the car seat broke, then the car broke down, etc. etc. etc. It has been a very emotional past 2 weeks for sure and I have had no patience and major mood swings.

My bloodwork came back for my thryoid again. Still showing low so I started medicaition yesterday. I do a followup in 3 weeks with my dr. to see how things are going.

We hit the gym - I did 30min. on the treadmill and 30min. on the elliptical. It was tough - I wanted to quit the elliptical after like 10 minutes but I pushed through.

Trying one day at a time! I'll begin entering my food/exercise in my blog as well.

Okay I'm taking the plunge. This is gonna be really embarassing for me and I pray to god that none of you think any less of me once you see these pics. Not that you would - but thats just what a fat persons mind tells themself.

I'm posting pics on my blog of my current body. I have a lot of work to do and it's not going to be easy. I need a lot of encouragement and support along the way. I will be taking pics every 10lbs and posting them as well. Feel free to check out my blog that will include food/exercise/weight/pics.

Here goes nothing.

Ok so I'm thinking that I am going to seriously decrease the amount of bread, pasta, rice that I consume. Also I think I could stand to decrease my dairy intake a little and or/ pair it with a few veggies for my snack.

I am now addicted to Activia Vanilla yogurt and Danone Creamy Vanilla yogurt - and I used to HATE vanilla yogurt. Just have to be careful because though it's a good source of protein those kind can get a little high in cals if too much is consumed.

Also I just saw that us folk up here in Canada now have the Fiber One bars. OMG - those things are delicious. I will be buying some (good for dh to grab as well)!!!!

Of course - all things in moderation!

ONLY 16 weeks until my sisters wedding ---> I'm the Matron of Honor and LORD give me the strength and mindset to get my weight down because I refuse to look like a stuffed sausage in my dress! I'll be posting pics on my blog once I get my dress as I'm sure there will be a before and after of that!

My sister is getting married June 21st, and I am also the MOH. I ALSO am hypothyroid and losing weight can be HECK for us.

Not sure if you were doing the wt in part with us but your weight is due. We track -/+ what you were when you started your current weight loss attempt. Please join us on that! I have your name on the list already.
