I'm glad you checked out this subforum! A lot of us are trying to lose weight before TTCing and other various goals, and so with the start of the new year we decided to hold one another accountable for our progress. You don't have to have your own log thread, but it's helpful for others to see what you're eating and be inspired for new ideas, and so we can keep an eye on you in case you hit a plateau and want new suggestions/tips/encouragement. You can post anything you want in here! We weigh in on the 1st and 15th of every month and then take our collective loss and have a blinkie made so we can brag to the other boards how much we as a team have shed!

So whatever you way today (or when you started) write that # down... so that each 1st and 15th you can tell us how much you've lost since you started losing with us!
