Ok - so i had an idea that maybe we could post soemthing new each day and everyone could try it out.
Go ahead and post something active, an exercise, stretch, or anything along those lines that would be beneficial for other ppl to try......maybe if everyone posted something a couple times a week we could have a thread that ended up containing a long list of random stuff to try out, all of which is better than sitting on our rears!

Take a can of soup or small weight, or anything that is a little heavy and do 3 sets of 12 reps of bicep curls on each arm.
(so i'm not the most creative, but you get the idea!)
You can get a good arm workout in the bathroom too! I do "push ups" against the counter and then I do dips where I sit on the edge of the bathtub with my arms at a 90 degree angle, scoot my butt off the edge and do dips!
Compete with yourself. When you park your car/walk to get your mail, etc guess how quickly you can walk to your destination and time yourself with your watch. The, on the way back, see if you can beat your initial time

Blow dryer....lol try blow drying your hair with only using your other hand.....same goes with brushing your teeth, it increases the communication between left/right brain....increases your coordination for exercising.
Butt flexs while on the computer. Every time your reply to something you have to flex your butt until your done!
