i need to get a proper scale........mine is from ikea like 8 yrs ago and it was like $4 back then! soooo i wanna get a nice digital that has body fat on it too......hopefully tomorrow!

Ok so we can keep track to make sure no one is skipping out (add you name to the list if i forgot it)...
Rules-once you weight in you can remove the sleeping face. If you lost weight woohoo for you, if you stayed the same woohoo for maintaining, if you added weight-put one POSITIVE comment about your body behind your weight in.
(if you want to put your start weight thats up to you) If by the 5th you are not weight in everyone start PM that person till we get their numbers LOL, we need to keep each other motivated and on track.
1. Angela, 150lbs +5lbs since last weight in (Start wt-150lbs, goal wt-130lbs) But my jeans look better on me now
2. Heather B, -2lbs

I have to be back on campus for a meeting tomorrow (even though I have the day off), so if I don't have a weight posted by 6 pm, I give you all permission to flood my inboxes on here, myspace, facebook, IM me incessently, and for Morgan to call or text.
At WW meetings, do they talk about set-backs and how every week is not a loss? Mike just agreed that I can go grocery shopping and I will talk to the pain management Dr. in the morning about exercise. I will weigh in, and be honest. We've supported each other and Ange is rightnn-- refusing to weigh in is no good for myself, and not respectful to you girls. Right now I'm sitting here with my big pink water bottle, going to bed soon.
And tomorrow is another day to try again.

I gained 1.2 pounds from when I last weighed myself a month ago... (or at least that was the last time I could find in my planner that I'd written it down) so... I'll take it. Not nearly as bad as I anticipated

My scale- and Mike can verify this, is broken. It says Ive gained 15 pounds in exactly so many days, and my diet hasnt been THAT bad, so I guess leave me at even for these 2 week and hopefully I'll have the money to get another. We even tried weighing different things to see if I really did gain that much, and the weights are not correct.
I don't think he'd join though I would like him to.

Ok, I'll jump in but I'm looking for muscle gain so I'm guessing my weight will go up before it goes down.
DH and I weighed ourselves on that first Sunday I started working out again. So put me down at start weight of 149 lbs.
I'll weigh myself again at the gym tonight.

My official beginning weight is 188 lbs as of today. I'm hoping to hit my goal of 185 by the 15th. Good luck ladies
