These are my goals
1: Plan my meals ahead of time
2: exercise at least 3 times a week
3: Only one latte a week
4: Sparkpeople every day.
5: Start measuring portions again
6: Water everyday.

Are you doing more the 6 small meals/snacks eating...if so great job-throw in a veggie tomorrow and one more glass of water!
And you have exercise but does that me you did? if so how long?
Also please edit your #1 post and put your goals there so we can keep track. And if you would like to catch this weight in you have time (and I added your name to the list) wts due by the 5th. (we do 1 and 15th of each month). Welcome back!!!!!!!!

Your eating perfect stuff but I don't think your eating enough. Please throw in a veggie tomorrow and another protein item....more water would be nice to.
Whats your 100 cal pack thing?
Are you still hungry during they day or do you just not get hungry?

u need a bigger dinner than just grapes!!
you did get in a good amount of fruit though so that is awesome
maybe some wheat crackers and lowfat cheese with the grapes next time?
