When I don't work, as in at an actual place of employment, or rather when I'm not as busy...I tend to forget to eat. I either get wrapped up in things around the house, cleaning, etc. or run errands (yes this sounds busy but some reason my mind doesn't register it) and I forget to eat. It started yesterday, but I'm very aware of this so I noticed right away and ate something, problem was, it'd been 7 hours since my last meal which was a bowl of cereal that morning. I know this is very unhealthy for me and I hate that I do this, so if you ladies wouldn't mind...I need a nudge here and there to remind me I HAVE to eat...I get on here enough that 7 hours won't pass by without me eating...I'm even more aware of this now and finally ate something 30 min. ago for the morning...I feel so silly and embarrassed by this, bc when I do eat I am a healthy eater (trust me lol) and when I work or go to school I snack all day long...ok that's all, if you don't mind...
No problem Kaila-- Have you eaten? I PREFER when I get too busy to eat, like I do when I'm working. I have the oppoosite problem where I have to ask myself if I'm hungry or bored before I eat-- esp. in this little dorm room.
I do that all the time!!! I find that having to write down what I eat and post it here helps me remember. You could try that! Otherwise yep we can start reminding you!
