At Midnight if the everyone doesn't have their weight in down....ladies send them "friendly little reminders" (please double check the didn't right it in the other post before you send them a message!)

1. Angela,+5lbs since last weight in (back to Start wt-150lbs, goal wt-130lbs) positive comment: my jeans look better on me now

2. Heather B, -2lbs gif---brobluecheer.gif

3. Sarah -5lbs (start weight 124lbs)

4. Shannon +1.2lbs Positive Commentmy face looks thinner since Christmas

5. Michelle +18lbs* (we will do the baseball hall of fame astricks since her scale broke) Woohoo for new scale though!-postive thought--can go up 3 flights of stairs without getting short of breath!

6. Kari+1 (start weight 250lbs) positive comment: While on my treadmill the other evening I ran 3 intervals 1 minute each

8. Kaila--149lbs wt (she is going for muscle toning more then wt loss)

9. Rachel -145lbs starting weight

10. Deidre Erin-188lbs starting weight.

*updated* Also if you aren't keeping track of wt and you are doing measurement...feel free to put them here instead! Or if your going by Jean/dress size. Just what ever you tracking thing is!!!!

Ok so we can keep track to make sure no one is skipping out (add you name to the list if i forgot it)...

Rules-once you weight in you can remove the sleeping face. If you lost weight woohoo for you, if you stayed the same woohoo for maintaining, if you added weight-put one POSITIVE comment about your body behind your weight in.
(if you want to put your start weight thats up to you) If by the 5th you are not weight in everyone start PM that person till we get their numbers LOL, we need to keep each other motivated and on track.

hehe i wuv u angela!! lol for making me do this!!

i weighed in this am and i am at 119, which is a total of down 5 lbs since i started posting in wttcWL after christmas.
i don't feel any slimmer though

but i plan on sticking to my running and gym workouts so hopefully i feel more toned soon!

whoops didn't see Rachel.. my bad! Well the first WTTC blinkie we had, the green one, Justine made for us! But then I couldn't get a hold of her and the next one I posted on the blinkie board and it took 5 days to come up with. Plus we had a lot more people in January who were weighing in to keep our numbers up... like 5 pounds from Kate, 7 from Jennifer, etc. and so our blinkie # will go down since we have less people, I think.

I'd kinda gave up on that idea... but if everyone still wants to do it, we can!

Um - maybe I'm just braindead right now - but I don't know how I'm suppose to edit your post to include my weight/numbers. Maybe someone can let me know?

Either way - my starting weight was 250lbs. Yep you read that right. I didn't weigh in this morning but I was 251 Monday I believe. Credit to dh b-day dinners.

Positive Comment - While on my treadmill the other evening I ran 3 intervals 1 minute each. I know it doesn't sound like much but I got a lot of weight to carry and I'm going against dr.s advice...shhh.
