OF COURSE you can join!! and there arent really any rules per se.......just log your food and exercise in what ever format is convenient for you. you can log cals if you want, but for me i just write down what i ate not including cals cuz i dont have time to figure that all out. we try to measure how much water we drink but when in doubt i just write what i drank, for instance "small glass water at dinner" or something like that.......i do know that my gym water bottle is 750ml though so i have been trying to drink outta that.

oh yeah we are supposed to have weigh ins on the 1st and 15th of each month.....ang (soimarriedanerd) did a great job of getting lots of ppl to actually weigh and post their results this past weigh in....
