Needed:

1 pound ground round
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup italian seasoned dry breadcrumbs
2 large egg whites

*Preheat oven to 375

*Combine meat, 1/4 cup bbq sauce, onion, breadcrumbs, and egg whites ina bowl and mix.

* shape mixture into a 7x5 inch loag on a rack in a roasting pan. Spread remaining 1/4 cup BBQ sauce over loaf. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.

Makes 4 servings. 5 points per serving.

We made it with garlic mashed potatoes and some veggies.

Here's the recipe for the garlic mashed potatoes:

Needed:
1/2 (22 ounce) pkg frozen mashed potatoes (about 2 & 2/3 cups)
1 & 1/3 cups fat free milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

*Combine it all in a microwave safe baking dish. Cook according to package microwave directions.

Makes 4 servings. 3 points per serving.

(we just used packaged potatoes rather than frozen ones... the good thing was just that it gave us the right amount of garlic to be tasty but not overpowering)

yeah it sounds really good - but my husband won't eat anything called a loaf, so i have to come up with some jazzy name for it like "Smoky Baked Boeuf". He also won't eat anything called a casserole....omg the things i have renamed casseroles are funny hehe
